the Steem house is a community where as a member you are not constrained to express your creativity in your own way, you socialize and collaborate with other creatives, feed your entrepreneurial spirit, encourage children to partake in the fun, and above all, you earn money for all of it.
The Steem House community members share tools and machines in a common creative environment. They go by many names, like makerspaces, hackerspaces, and fablabs. No matter what you call them, they're the breeding grounds of imagination, skill development, and entrepreneurship.
The Steem House offer an outstanding service of which other makerspaces dont offer, which is the act of helping every member monetize their time, they turn their time into money and turn their creativity into cash! The Steem House will work hand in hand with utmost support with its members, showing them how to turn those digital tokens into cold hard cash within the twinkle of an eye.

need to secure funding to enable rent a space big enough to work in. One of the downtown shops on Saint Clair street would be perfect, and give us the best exposure to community at large.

This will cost around $1500 per month (the average rent for spaces we are looking at), so we're looking for about $36,000 (currently around 20,000 STEEM) to cover 24 months rent at $1500. This two year time frame will be plenty enough to establish a strong foundation for our business, and secure a loyal customer base, without having the single largest expense for a startup (rent) hanging over our heads. The Steem House has shown a sign of serious commitment and has proven that the idea is a valuable one, they demonstrated that the project is true and viable raising nearly 2000 STEEM in the last month and a half or so, from close to 40 investors, who will all share in a portion of the liquid earnings of the Steem house blog. The money we have raised in that fund will go a long way toward buying the tools and equipment we need to get started. The funds raised by The Steem House! through the Dream team so far can afford open a space, but wouldn't give much more room in the budget to fill it out, no less keep the rent covered while we start building revenue stream.
