U.N. Convention On The Rights Of The Child - Translation and Commentary - Part 5

in #anarchy6 years ago

Key document craftily worded by control freaks to break up the family.

The Convention on the Rights of the Child was signed in 1989 and "put into force" in 1990.

Before delving into specific points, it should be noted that:

1.  Rights are naturally inherent and cannot be made or changed.

2.  The U.N., like all other "government" institutions, is funded by extortion and based in violence, so it is illegitimate.

3.  Individuals that work for or with the U.N. have been repeatedly caught committing sex and human trafficking crimes, some of which have involved children.

4.  Nowhere does the document mention Natural Rights or Natural Law.

With that in mind, let's dig into specific areas of the so-called "Convention on the Rights of the Child"

My additions are in bold and italics.

Article 28

1. States Parties recognize the right of the child to education, and with a view to achieving this right progressively and on the basis of equal opportunity, they shall, in particular:

(a) Make primary education compulsory and available free to all;

(b) Encourage the development of different forms of secondary education, including general and vocational education, make them available and accessible to every child, and take appropriate measures such as the introduction of free education and offering financial assistance in case of need;

(c) Make higher education accessible to all on the basis of capacity by every appropriate means;

(d) Make educational and vocational information and guidance available and accessible to all children;

(e) Take measures to encourage regular attendance at schools and the reduction of drop-out rates.

Translation:  Control freaks recognize the importance of brainwashing children for social engineering purposes, and with this in view, they shall:

(a) Make attendance at extortion-funded mind-control youth prisons compulsory.  This compulsory attendance will be enforced with more threats of violence.

(b) Encourage more behavior training and imagination limitation at secondary indoctrination camps, including wage-slave workforce training, and offer more pirated loot when necessary.

(c) Induce as many people as possible into debt-slavery so they can get fancy, overpriced pieces of paper called “degrees” from the narrow-minded cult of centralized academia.

(d) Make sure no child receives true, self-directed education with the aid of their parents, so that the state can guide them to limited possibilities and a controlled outcome.

(e) Use scientific methods of manipulation and coercion to ensure that no children can escape the mind-control prisons called schools.

2. States Parties shall take all appropriate measures to ensure that school discipline is administered in a manner consistent with the child's human dignity and in conformity with the present Convention.

3. States Parties shall promote and encourage international cooperation in matters relating to education, in particular with a view to contributing to the elimination of ignorance and illiteracy throughout the world and facilitating access to scientific and technical knowledge and modern teaching methods. In this regard, particular account shall be taken of the needs of developing countries.

Additional Comments:  Article 29 is a whopper! There are lots of facets to touch on.  First of all, when they use the term “education”, they actually mean centralized schooling.  For those unfamiliar with the difference between education and schooling, I highly recommend looking into John Taylor Gatto’s work, as well as the School Sucks Project, at least for starters.

Secondly, I can’t help but have a cynical laugh when a statist document claims anything they do to be “free”.  The state is completely funded by stealing from nearly everyone, so saying that schooling is provided for “free”, is laughably contradictory.  It’s completely absurd.

It’s also crucial to point out that they use the term “compulsory”.  Since when do good ideas require compulsion? The reason government schooling is compulsory is because its true aim is social control.  That’s why all governments are so adamant about so-called “education”.   The indoctrination done at schools is absolutely essential for the ruling class to retain power over the rest of humanity.

Article 29

1. States Parties agree that the education of the child shall be directed to:

(a) The development of the child's personality, talents and mental and physical abilities to their fullest potential;

(b) The development of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms, and for the principles enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations;

(c) The development of respect for the child's parents, his or her own cultural identity, language and values, for the national values of the country in which the child is living, the country from which he or she may originate, and for civilizations different from his or her own;

(d) The preparation of the child for responsible life in a free society, in the spirit of understanding, peace, tolerance, equality of sexes, and friendship among all peoples, ethnic, national and religious groups and persons of indigenous origin;

(e) The development of respect for the natural environment.

2. No part of the present article or article 28 shall be construed so as to interfere with the liberty of individuals and bodies to establish and direct educational institutions, subject always to the observance of the principle set forth in paragraph 1 of the present article and to the requirements that the education given in such institutions shall conform to such minimum standards as may be laid down by the State.

My comments:

Part (a) – If they were actually making a sincere statement and had any clue about true education, then these bureaucrats would leave children and families alone and stay the hell out of the way.  Oh, and not extort them, either.

(b) – Gotta develop respect for that institutionalized violence called "the state", huh? They had to include brainwashing into government-worship as part of “education”, of course.

(c) – There are those trigger words again, “national values” and “country”.  These are abstractions used for mind and emotion manipulation purposes.

(d) – Government institutions are diametrically opposed to a free society.  They cannot co-exist.

(e) – Cue Agenda 21 fake environmentalist garbage!

Translation for Paragraph 2: People are free to establish and direct schools in any way they see fit, as long as they follow the strict, centralized, social engineering methods laid down by the government gang.

I do it is a date because I am in total agreement with you, that obligation arises from the need to control people. I tell you since this communist government has been changing and rewriting history for 20 years but in their favor and delivering books in schools that change the facts. Many Venezuelan parents must be very aware of what the teachers are sending to change the mentality of our children.
