Self-government is the only legitimate form of government

Politicians (ALL OF THEM) essentially believe that the masses (that's you and me) are incapable of governing their own lives and must therefore submit to government rule. That's how Royal families ruled (and still do, in some parts of the world) for so many years; they convinced the peasants that they were not worthy of freedom and independence. Rather than taking responsibility for themselves and governing their own lives, the masses relinquished their power to the so-called 'elite' Royal families and, in doing so, denounced their right to freedom and self-determination.

The only difference between monarchy and democracy is the method of control and manipulation. Monarchy is overt, in-your-face tyranny whereas democracy is a more covert form of control, with the illusion of freedom perpetuated through voting ballots and election campaigns. Rather than having no choice in the matter, in a democratic society the masses get to 'vote' for their political masters. Either way, we're still being ruled and are relinquishing our power to control freaks who believe that THEY know what's best for us.

Self-government (Internal Monarchy)

The only solution is for each individual to declare his sovereignty by refusing to participate in the political circus and taking responsibility for his own life. In order to thrive, society must coexist in a state of internal monarchy and external anarchy. Self-government, or internal monarchy, is the spiritual understanding that each individual has sovereignty over his thoughts, emotions, and actions and is the commander of his destiny. Each individual is the monarch of his consciousness. Such an understanding renders all forms of external government obsolete, because it is in violation of natural law.

Self-governance is one of the three core tenets of a prosperous, free, and moral society, which are as follows:

Non-aggression: It is wrong to initiate violence or impose your will against non-aggressors (The Golden Rule).

Self-defense: You maintain the right to use physical force against those who threaten to do harm to you or others.

Self-ownership: "Over one's mind and body, the individual is sovereign".

Respect and ownership of private property: Each individual has the right to his own private dwelling place and personal items (house, car, furniture etc.)
