NSP Ep 29 Non-responsive Answers Makes the Claim “Philosophy” and Irrefutable
Hopefully this is not something that will take off. A new lawyer tactic that makes their claim irrefutable. Make a claim, when someone asks for evidence, don't be responsive. Give an opinion, just don't be responsive. If your opponent calls you out for being non-responsive, proclaim victory by shouting "philosophy!" And make sure to always insult your opponent's intelligence
How about a chronological Abstract of Sovereign title from the Beginning running through the American Colonies and the eventual Territories of United States by Conquest; who then went on to create a covenant with and Uniting its States and their Citizens, Running with the Land. A covenant retaining sovereign jurisdiction, making the constitution(s) applicable to everyone within its territory, creating rights and responsibilities to and from each individual State and their Shareholders - The People.
Is that not evidence of jurisdiction?

Yes, the colonial American Born Patriots, rebelled and conquered the Colonies and went on to conquer most of North America. The International Right of Conquest is valid for title insurance companies to insure title to our private property, the record of history is therefore valid evidence of the Jurisdiction of the Government across this very land from Mexico to Canada, including other stand-alone States and territories whose jurisdiction was acquired by civil conveyance; Hawaii, Alaska, Louisiana Purchase and Florida.

I believe, from simple observation, that the Officers and directors in our government often get confused about to whom or what they've sworn fealty to; the fiction that is the constitution and the rule of law or the persons they are subordinate to in the hierarchy of State officials and/or their party's ideology. This same concept can be found amongst the Jews where Christ called out the Pharisees for following their oral traditions (later to become the Talmud) over the commandments or the law so to speak. This same confusion happens today in law enforcement so I applaud anyone who attempts to show them the error in their ways but Not people want to tear down the law and remake it in their own image as you're attempting to do, Marc.
The evidence of jurisdiction is as fictional as any law or code of ethics you're attempting to establish. The only real law is the law of the Jungle enforced at the tip of the spear while hunting food and shelter. #

Sovereign Jurisdiction of most of North America was conquered By The U.S. Who created a Covenant Running with the Land, then partially delegated to the States, Counties and Municipalities.
If you write on a piece of paper that Marc's laws apply to everyone... that's Treason unless you and your Army is able to Conquer your Territory to gain your own sovereignty by war or treaty.
That's not Philosophy.
