Psychopaths and Political Tyranny
I used to spend many hours on the streets of Chicago as a volunteer registering people to vote. I often argued with those who did not want to register. I tried to convince them that their freedom and liberty depends on their vote and if we ONLY vote for the right people everything will be alright again. Now looking back I see that I only helped the state to mentally enslave more people.
It’s absurd to believe that any change can be accomplished through political means. The government itself is designed by and for the bloodthirsty psychopaths- no matter from which political spectrum they come from. The psychologist and author Martha Stout powerfully explains this psychopathic nature:
Imagine - if you can - not having a conscience, none at all, no feelings of guilt or remorse no matter what you do, no limiting sense of concern for the well-being of strangers, friends, or even family members. Imagine no struggles with shame, not a single one in your whole life, no matter what kind of selfish, lazy, harmful, or immoral action you had taken. And pretend that the concept of responsibility is unknown to you, except as a burden others seem to accept without question, like gullible fools.
This is the kind of people who populate the government. Do you still wanna vote?
