I just dropped by for a peek and here you are, hope to follow through on this topic. time permiting:
My 2 cents for now is, Governments have shut down many times (essential services only) but quickly turned back on, because no one was upset LOL and if the people got used to and even like saving Billions a day in wages ( well you know) hehe.
1 more quick 1, I think in England (not sure) a heavy congested roadway at times, had the traffic lights turned off on purpose ( as a experiment) and because traffic wasn't backed up at lights, flowed super smooth and efficient...good news for the drivers, but bad news for city engineers who develope and maintain said lighhts ( layoff maybe ) ?.
There response - quick, turn them back on ! (before we become redundant)
