Parque Central Complex is a cultural, commercial, and housing development located at the center of Caracas city, Venezuela lying adjacently to Paseo Vargas. Nestled in a location named El Conde this place was implemented by Centro Simon Bolivar. Nestled within the massive complex space are the Twin Towers of Parque Central, which is an architectural icon of the city of Caracas for decades. These twin towers are two skyscrapers. Right from the year 1979 to 2003, these towers were Latin America's tallest skyscrapers by the time the title was overtaken by Mexico City's Torre Mayor. Today the towers are Latin America's third tallest and the second tallest skyscrapers in South America. The other two largest ones in South America include Mexico City's Torre Mayor and Santiago's Gran Torre Santiago. Back in 1983, when the complex was opened, it was considered one of the most urbanized developments in Latin America. Since then, this place is a major reference point and an essential landmark in the city of Caracas. It nestles various governmental and cultural institutions lying adjacent to Caracas' cultural district of museums.

The Twin Towers or Central Park Towers of Central Park are high-risen skyscrapers of height two hundred and twenty-five meters. Back in 1979 when the construction for the west tower began until the development of Santigo's Torre Gran Costanera, the massive fifty-nine story skyscrapers was South America's tallest skyscraper. The eastern tower was not completed until the year 1983. The view that the city and the beautiful surrounding mountains that the towers offer are panoramic. The name of the towers has been taken from the green refuge amidst the urban jungle in the heart of the city. But still, the development stands as a massive complex of developments and buildings with ample of included amenities.

Back in the year 2012, there was a recovery plan for East Tower made after it was damaged by a fire break. There was an antenna designed that would represent Simon Bolivar's sword. This element was to be illuminated using patriotic colors like blue, yellow, and red, which further became the newest landmark of Caracas city. The antenna owns an elevation of thirty meters which further enhances the height of the tower to two hundred and twenty-five meters. The District Capital Corporation by 2014 announced that a resort would run on five floors in reference to the capital.
