“You are not good, but you will be amazing!” “你不厉害，但你会很棒!”

There are things to be done, but we are reluctant to get started due to a feeling of incompetency. However, there are many things we can never do unless we have started doing. A baby or a child can’t talk but would naturally become capable of talking through imitating those around.

There are good things and methods used by others we have observed pertaining to our careers. We may have never tried these methods or approaches, which are already proven successful. We do not need to reinvent the wheel. But without infringing the copyright, we can get ourselves oriented and started doing. Initially we may not be good in using the new approach, but gradually we are amazed because of the successful outcome.

Upon several rounds of success, we should not be over contented as any new approach can become obsolete one day. Hence, we should always be creative and ready to innovate something new from the existing approach. We do not just do it and keep doing what is viable, we need to anticipate something new, which is workable and relevant in the days ahead. Therefore, we have to be entrepreneurial rather than just being creative and innovative.

We indeed can learn from the narrative in the Bible. God the Creator had created the heaven and the earth which is the universe. He did not just create but also formed the first man and woman and put them in the garden to till the land. He innovated a life-style for them, which was intended to be good for them. He intended them to be creative and innovative by mandating them to be fruitful and multiplied and to manage and develop the earth. God is entrepreneurial as He wanted to further His good work through the man and woman whom He had created. Therefore, creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship are gifts from the Creator for us, the human beings.

有些必须做的事情，但由于感觉无能，我们便不愿意开始。然而，除非我们开始做，否则我们永远不会把事情做好。一个小孩子不能说话，但是很自然地他会通过无意识地模仿周围的人变成说话的人。

当我们观察到同行釆用的方法很成功，而我们过去可能从未尝试过这种方法，我们不需要重新创作新方法，我们只需要在不涉及版权，而让自己开始釆用他人的方法。开始的时候我们可能不善于使用新方法，但渐渐地我们会因为得到的成效而感到惊讶。

有了几轮的成功经验，我们不应该过度满足，因为任何新方法有一天都会过时。所以，我们要具备创造性，并准备自己革新现有适用的方法。我们不只是認真做及继续做可行的事情，我们要预计随着时间，什么是在前面曰子适用的新方法。我们必须具备创业精神，而不仅仅是要拥有创造性和创新态度。

我们确实可以从圣经的叙述中学习。造物主上帝创造了天地，而且还设计了一对男女，并把他们安置在园子里。祂也规划了他们的生活，旨在为他们带来福份。祂希望他们具有创造性和革新力，要他们生養衆多，管理和发展地土。上帝是最優秀的企业家，祂期望透过被造的男女来拓展祂美好的工作。所以，创造性、创新和创业其实是造物主给予我们人类的礼物。
