A Most Valuable Invitation For Your Consideration. Are You Doing This Yet?

What's happening and positive today in your world Steemit commUNITY??

I AM grateFULL for only choosing to focus on that which brings me joy most days.

And when I am doing something that I don't absolutely love or even like for that matter,
I find a way to bring some fun into it, because it's just another choice. My ego doesn't
have to like it for me to create a positive shift with my Conscious Awareness.

Again, I notice myself "not" liking something and I DECIDE to make it as fun as possible.
All it takes to create BIG shifts in our lives is Awareness and an Intention to "watch" how
our mind processes and reacts to different "input" and situations. A simple commitment
to this practice is all it takes and then "watching" our thoughts in each moment instead of "reacting".

People that judge a lot are usually very "reactive" people. They have not yet learned to "own" their emotions. Anything that doesn't line up or match their current belief system is labeled as wrong, bad, or not ok. If you trigger an unhealed aspect of themselves that they have buried within, they will usually begin "projecting" their anger, frustrations, or beliefs onto you. This is a recipe for continued drama in ones life.

So how do we Shift these old "programs" that we learned growing up?

And what is this Conscious Awareness that people are talking about?

You may say "I'm conscious and I'm aware"!

The level of Conscious Awareness that I am speaking of is when we BECOME the actual
"watcher" of EVERY single thought, belief, emotion, anger, fear, or reaction.

THIS is where the BIG shifts happen and it affects every area of our lives.

"When an emotion gets triggered, your POWER lies in NOT reacting.
You may want to read that sentence again and really take it "IN".

A master of their world does not allow themselves to be triggered by the words or actions of others. The commitment is all ways to "Inner" peace, Compassion, Forgiveness, and Harmony.

At some point a sane person with Awareness will STOP focusing on and feeding
things that upset them and lower their vibration.

What are you still allowing to pull you out of your happiness? Anything come to mind?

The clear invitation is to UNPLUG from whatever it is if possible. If it's the "media", the invitation is to truly ask yourself why you are allowing yourself to be misled, manipulated, and "programmed"? This "media" is owned and backed by the same elite that are poisoning your food, air, water, and your mind if you're continuing to "watch" the "programming". There is little if any truth to be found there currently. Do you think the world will fall apart if you stop giving your attention to this programming machine?

This is the perceived LIE of why people stay "hooked" into the "Tel LIE vison". I'd be willing to bet that at least 50 to 85% of all of the drama in your life comes from the "news" and the violence and drama on almost every channel and in the newspapers. Even Netflix is filled with a large amount of "dark" subject matter.

Think how peaceful your world would be if you weren't constantly exposed
to fear based propaganda each day, week, month and year.

If you finally just UNPLUGGED?

You'd still be fine. Trust.............

The choice to shift focus changes everything. Feed the good feelings which lead to better thoughts. Appreciate your perspectives, Jeff.

I think this is similar to vipassana bhavana or samatha bhavana, a Buddhist meditation method. To recognize our feeling and emotion then let them pass by, but several Buddhist monks teach, do not to focus our emotion just let it be and let our emotion just walk around and just clear our mind, focus to our breath or our activity. A simple words to explain is aware that we life in the present time.
