Alphabet Art Challenge Day #8 // H - ''Horror Vacui''
Hey everyone!
Alphabet Art Challenge Day number 8: Horror Vacui. Today was going to be a struggle, because I had a long ass working day ahead of me, leaving me with little time to create a piece for todays challenge. But I managed to come up with something anyway. I called it Horror Vacui, which is ancient Latin for Fear of empty space. I guess you can figure out why I chose that title 😎
This challenge is a personal challenge, created and started by @tonyr. Anyone can join in and every form of artistic expression is allowed.
For the coming 26 days, I'll have to make a piece of art every single day, in any form or shape to my likings. This day, which is obviously day 1, will have to be a subject starting with the letter ''A''. So in this case: Astronaut. Day 2 will be the same exact challenge, only now using the letter ''B''. This goes on until you reach the letter ''Z'' on day 26. What's the catch? Skip a day and you'll have to go right back to the start and do it all over again. 🙈
The first two images were the initial pieces that I planned to use. I made them on receipt tickets at my job, I had to be inventive to create something for todays post.
When I got home, I figured I should challenge myself to create a bigger one with the few hours I had left. I knew I wasn't going to finish the whole page, but I wanted to see how far I could get in that short amount of time.
This is how far I got, I came pretty close :)
Thank you for your time. Let me know what you think and leave some feedback behind 😇

Love it! I opened in another tab to zoom in. This piece is so well thought out, so complicated and simple at the same time. Another @Benja instant classic! Your dedication shows in all you do ☺
Many thanks @enternamehere! I wanted to finish this one so badly, because it looks so epic when it's done, so I appreciate you for the enthousiasm. I will finish it and post it within one of the next challenge posts. As you already spotted out, I like to throw words and little phrases into these abstract pieces 😄
