After reaching the ~0.00071 support line the price traded there for a few hours slowly starting a bounce.
I spiked through the ~0.00076 resistance and is now trading slightly below it.
BITTREX

The Bittrex price dropped a bit further down, reaching the ~0.0007 support line and bouncing off from it.
It spiked through the ~0.00074 resistance and got pulled back down to it where it is trading right now.

Overall volume about 55% higher then yesterday, $STEM on 27th place on the volume rankings.
Poloniex volume about 50% higherr then yesterday, ~140 BTC.
Bittrex volume about 10 % higher then yesterday, ~41 BTC.

COMMENT
Expecting a nice bounce tomorrow, the price made just a slightly higher low compared to the all time low. If it is to stop dropping down here it is a major bullish sign and a confirm of a trend change for me.
Looking good currently. We have the wedge breakout and are holding above the September 21 lows.
