Stress kills people, whether we realize it or not. People who are less stressed can live healthier lives. It' normal to be stressed, But it's also important to keep ourselves healthy! Dealing with stress in healthy ways, Will give us that advantage.

We could be stressed for a ton of different reasons! Stress is the shortcut devised by the brain to stay out of trouble when your core heats its heart out. But in reality, the overheated brain turn the defense mechanism into a death bell! Many studies have lighted the truth about stress and its harmful intervention into human life.

Workplace changes

Most offices have already implemented an employee care unit that helps the workers drain stress by getting engaged in social activities, games, sports, recreation, etc. So all you have to do is, leave the past behind for a second and go to that place where you could find some pleasure. Say, have some quality time, chill with friends or play your favorite game. The key factor is to occupy your mind with some activity that reduces the stress hormone or rather indirectly, makes you happy.

Yoga

Yoga is an evolved art of workout that could benefit a person mentally as well as physically. Yoga is versatile, dealing a person from head to toe, inside and out. There are certain yoga poses dedicated for pulling the stress out. Child Pose, Dog Pose, Triangle Pose, Surya Namaskar or Saluting Sun, etc. are some of them.

I like to go for a jog instead of doing yoga, but they both have stress relieving benefits that we can take advantage of! Try them both and see what is right for you!

Relaxing Bath

Jacuzzi, Fountain bath, Sona bath, Bubble pool, etc. can help your drain the stress. Mild warm water has a property to pat individual receptors on the skin which could decrease the stress hormone and induce that soothing sensation of joy. If stress is killing you, Try a warm bath. or if it’s scorching hot there, get a cold bath! That’s all, and you shall find the stress being washed away with water rolling down the body.
Add some dead sea salt to your bath! For some nice detoxing benefits!

Music!

Listening to music can help with stress! Try using headphones to help you focus on just the sounds! You can even incorporate a run with the music! Forget your worries and enjoy what you are doing.

Stress is terrible! Our instincts prevent us from not being stressed at all! But we can combat that. Reducing stress reduces the chances for heart disease and other health problems!

Stress can lead to a more bigger problems and diseases. It can weaken the hearts and mine of every victim.

My advice is, make a choice. A choice to be happy. Never expect too much and it would be more advantage not to expect at all to avoid frustrations.

Yeah to choose from loneliness and depression, I'd rather not choose any of them. I will choose happiness even if I am stressed.

In my personal case, I need some stress to be really efficient, in particular at work. But of course in a tolerable amount :)
