Shoulder Pain? Try THESE Stretches - Instant Relief
Hey everyone!
I want to share my knowledge with different things and one of those things is fitness. If you suffer from tight shoulder muscles, they could be pulling you into painful postures. By doing these stretches and researching more into different exercises you can do to strengthen your upper back you'll be able to relieve that pain a lot of the time!
After you start to work on these stretches, going on to start adding exercises like the prone cobra are the first steps towards building the strength in your upper back to hold your shoulders in proper positioning!
