The former WWE Superstar and the highest paid actor in the world travels extensively across the globe for his movies. If you follow him on social media, you'd find him uploading pictures from every continent he travels to. You can find him in Europe promoting a movie and then a few days after he's in the forests of Asia shooting another movie. This man actually does more in a day than we do in a month. He's always working! The secret behind his undying energy is nothing but his workout ethic. He never ever misses a workout. Never! While most actors build a physique for a specific movie, a character or even a movie is made keeping the Rock's physique in mind. He stays big, beefy and muscular 365 days a year. The biggest thing here that travels with him is his gym, which he calls the Iron Paradise.

The Rock performs an intense 2 hour workout session with heavy weights every morning at 5 am, no matter where he is. And to ensure he can perform heavy lifts every morning, he has an entire crew behind him that's responsible for setting up The Iron Paradise at every location he goes to. In a recent Instagram video from Vancouver, Dwayne thanked his Iron Paradise crew for putting it together, without fail, every time. He also mentioned that the Iron Paradise has over 40,000 lb (18000 Kilos) of equipment and how hard it is to move such bulk of workout equipment from place to place.

The Rock's always been very vocal about his love for the iron and it's been over 30 years that this man has been loyal to lifting. His physique and his commitment to the hustle of pushing himself to the limit speaks volume about his astronomical fan following and fame.
