Sober & celibate day 2

Got back to the girl I actually like and confessed that I'm attracted to her but I'm taking a period of sobriety and celibacy to experiment with the Buddha's instructions on enlightenment. She said that is awesome and we should still hang out.

I shared my desire to work on strength and discipline with a Female yoga instructor who lives in Denmark. I explained that I'm not sure how to deal with feeling super turned on without acting on it in anyway and am interested in any insights she might have. She said she is open to the topic and teaching a class on women's sexuality. Mostly she encouraged me to allow my feelings to arise and not judge them – that it's OK to feel super turned on LOL

A female acquaintance who manages the nutrition section at a health food store randomly asked me if I knew Sanskrit. She said she is interested in learning it because she has an interest in Buddhism and thought it would help. I confess, I find her very attractive and she happens to be married so I am careful about how I interact with her. I shared my favorite resources on the topics of enlightenment and she said we will convene soon.

Yesterday I completed the 30 day yoga challenge at the local yoga studio where I practice. It seems to help my mind and body to have a healthy physical daily activity to do with an inspired group of people.
