The smell of most Nigerian hospitals is really as ironic as it hits your nostrils. One would expect that being a hospital where the sick comes to get healed, it should smell in such a way as to bring or speed up the healing process. But alas! Most Nigerian hospitals are far from that. There would be little or no surprise if the smell makes you even more ill than you came.
In conclusion, the smell of most hospitals is not hospitable and efforts should be made to address this.

Very true points you have stated. This phenomenon is not limited to Nigeria however, its global.
Note that, well-coordinated hospitals do know how to manage the smell.
A clean, disinfected atmosphere is the best place to handle health.
