Hello Air-Clinicians & Friends!

Many of you reading this are already aware that Air Clinic now has a mobile App through which you can easily access medical care.

What many of you don't know however is that you can post your health status from the App and earn AIRCOIN rewards for doing that.

What then is a health status and how will it benefit your health? Take a look at the list of suggested topics below. It should point you in the right direction.

WHO defined health as the state of complete physical, mental, social and emotional well-being and not just the absence of disease or infirmity. Everything you do on a daily basis relates directly and indirectly to your health.

Take for example, imagine you woke up late today. This means that you may rush your Activities and eventually skip breakfast. Now you are trapped in traffic and you eventually reach your workplace late. Your boss shouts on you and you become emotional. Now you say extra hours in office to make up for lateness. You get home so tired and stressed out. To add to it you start shivering. It seems you are feverish too. You see how one aspect of your health can affect all your life.

The essence of health status posting is to give you a venting and talking point to release tension from your mind and body daily. This helps your mental and physical state. Forming this as a habit also helps you to examine your health everyday. Find out the choices you made and why. Remember that everything makes or Mars your health on a daily basis. When you see an ill person it's usually a result of multiple events compounding over time.


Suggested Topics:

Mental/Emotional Health Status:

  • Write about how you feel. Happy? Sad? Motivated? Stressed? etc
  • Why do you feel that way?

Physical Health Status:

  • Write about your physical state and fitness. Strong? Weak? Sleepy? Feverish? Cold? Hot? etc

  • Did you exercise today? What activity? For how long?

Social Health Status:

  • Write about your social life for the day.
  • Have you interacted with anyone today? New friends? Family?

I downloaded the app a fee days ago and delegated my widow's mite. Since then, I haven't even opened the app.

I guess I'll try this health status thing. I even need to pay more attention to my health and I guess this could help.
