Today we expose the issues and warnings of Artificial Intelligence and the growing concern about ROGUE AI with capabilities far beyond our imagination. Even when we examined many cases of Time travelers we can seriously note the overwhelming presence of A.I. and those going terribly wrong . From one of our last posts (https://steemit.com/time/@j1337/12-time-travelers-predictions-and-overview-from-1970s-to-the-year-9000-apextv-investigation) ultimately in 9000 the full conversion of man and machine perfected and problems starting soon as most of them warned.

Even in the fictions stories we can note that probably half of the leading popularized movie, music and books show that most A.I. is dangerous in some way or used against us in other ways in the way of the Rogue A.I. Lets take a look at popular news and sources we can find easily and gather up what the best minds think of this subject of matter. So now, we will explore the deepest conspiracy of robot overlords taking over world and our inevitable demise and doom.

Elon Musk keep repeating warnings that rapidly developing artificial intelligence (AI) poses an existential threat to everyone. Musk says that sometime what will happen is a scientist will get so engrossed in their work that they don’t really realize the ramifications of what they’re doing. Stephen Hawking says maintaining that super intelligent artificial intelligence could be a slate cleaner for humanity. Zuck said he was “really optimistic” about AI, and disparaged “naysayers… [who] try to drum up these doomsday scenarios…” We do know Facebooks A.I. that invented its own language but really has no threat as of now.

We do know that machines will be able to devise their own AI programs once their intelligence hits a certain level. At some point this will be not exactly good because we could not tell what its making what its objective or agendas if we can not decode the language. A super intelligent AI programmed to make itself as smart as possible isn’t likely to dissemble human beings with clouds of nanobots because in fact they still need our resources.

What are the 3 laws of Robotics?
A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
A robot must obey orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

We can see a lot of the fictional writings about A.I. and that some do in fact go rogue often.

We also know there will be consequences if engineers weren’t able to unlock the opaque nature of super smart algorithms. If they can’t figure out how the algorithms which are the formulas which keep computers performing the tasks we ask them to do like work, they won’t be able to predict when they fail. This is where the problem is.

If you had a very small neural network like a deep learning algorithm, you might be able to understand it but once it becomes very large and it has thousands of units per layer and maybe hundreds of layers, then it becomes quite impossible to go though all the layers.

Even games have a creepy reality when it comes to super artificial intelligence, CSER describes how the mod on Civ 5 works and the inspiration behind it.
“In the modified game, artificial intelligence initially provides benefits, and eventually can turn into superintelligence that brings mastery of science to its discoverer. However, if there is too little investment in AI safety research, rogue superintelligence can destroy humanity and bring an instant loss of the game.”

“Games are an excellent way to deliver a complex message to a wide audience. The Civilization games series has an amazing track record of presenting very complex and interlocking systems in a fun and educating way, including major risk issues such as nuclear war and global warming.”

Expert Professor Michael Wooldridge has warned AI will become too complex and that it could break free of human control and turn on its creators. A common problem wit h AI is its Transparency ,you can't extract a strategy. If experts don't understand how AI algorithms work, they won't be able to predict when they fail.

Some people even claim Bitcoin is made by A.I. Would it be possible that the reason for the bitcoin code to be so perfect, is the fact that the code wasn’t created by a single extremely skilled developer or even a team of skilled developers. Instead, could the code have been generated by a highly advanced artificial intelligence? Its very possible but no evidence leading us to know it as of now. Maybe Satoshi Nakamoto is an A.I. because we have no real identity or no real group of people that worked on the project that has came out in the open. Even a more wild speculation with the reasoning behind Rogue AI rogue is because it acting on behalf of the aliens. Natalya Kaspersky, the co-founder of Kaspersky Labs, said that Bitcoin was created by US intelligence agencies and that Satoshi Nakamoto is actually a group of US cryptographers.

So do A.I. ever cause harm? Yes they can. In fact, malfunctions in A.I. decision-making have already resulted in several injuries and deaths. In an extreme case, a factory robot in Michigan that was never intended to leave its section entered another area and killed a service technician. Department of Labor data shows several more cases of such incidents happening in the United States.

Joanna Bryson, a professor from the University of Bath. It referred to human prehistory and the text said, “12 thousand years of AI,” because everything in technology is artificial intelligence. What we now call AI is just the next stage of us weaving our intelligence together into a greater whole. If you think about the internet as weaving all of us together, transmitting ideas, in some sense an AI might be the equivalent of a multi-cellular being and we’re its microbiome, as opposed to the idea that an AI will be like the golem or the Frankenstein.

If that’s the case, the systems we are building today, like Google and Facebook and financial markets, are really more important than the fake ethics of worrying about some far future AI. We tend to be afraid of new technology and we tend to demonize it, but to me, you have to use it as an opportunity for introspection. Our fears ultimately should be of ourselves and other people.

On the developer side of things as a programmer, I've worked on Chess Bots a long time ago as something for fun to do to go as far to beat a human and to even try to beat the Bot. Really don’t freak about Google’s A.I . beating a Grandmaster in Chess. It’s probably a good thing as the match between Google's AlphaGo and a top ranked human player is a way of judging the suddenly rapid progress of artificial intelligence that may show how far these technologies have come.

I have made some wild algorithm's in python and sometimes I didn't even know what all I was doing. I've also made some A.I. that is in game's that attack players, on the other side of that, I've helped make Aim-bots and wall-hacks other things against the A.I. enemies within games which ultimately overpowers the first A.I. The first thing I started learning about robotics was with some simple JavaScript and making bot's that repeated themselves that I made on my own. Then I worked with simple yes or no bot's for a very simple and basic JavaScript game. I have also made complicated chat-bots with a few more layers, my ARG and RPG consists of a Rogue A.I. one that you can even talk to, which was a glitch and error and "mostly" fictitious I would like you to believe.

Anyways I'm probably telling you too much now, but as far as I'm Aware Tyler isn't, CERNS offline, FB didn't have a Rogue AI, Musk is talking probably too much, Experts are confused, but I do see the traces of the BIGGEST A.I. originality coming from America and will hold the forefront for many many year and will indeed help everyone to the fullest. We do need to be concerned about energy consumption, health and helping others. I'm pretty sure this will all help and in time we will know where this has lead us.

Most of the other developers seems to have some dark or twisted 1 sided probably payed for- words to say about thier own "A.I." as these bots artificially make news with unreliable sources from bot's collecting information about the users and then distributing it to the public controlling advertisement for the corporate and private sectors of politicians and more if you want the REAL truth of it all, but the foul taste it's gonna leave your mouth is gonna be terrible.

Let's look at the brighter side of things for just a moment, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas and your not in Kansas anymore Toto. The cyberpunk utopia of robots awaits us all and is already making it's self known more and more, as for if its all becoming more sentient and getting evil? It really is always up to the programmer's so be careful what all the experts say as they just may want to get a little bit farther than you in the subject and hold back information as well as give you disinformation about secret projects. The deepest truth is that we already live in a world with robots and some you can't tell if its a robot and they kinda do control things, just be alert and be prepared.

I've blogged on here in the past about my concerns pertaining to AI. I suppose you could say I'm more worried shit is going to go badly. If we cannot understand the algorithms, then essentially we are opening pandoras box. I like how you break down how AI will work somewhat on the collective mind consciousness that we have created (being the internet itself) Many people I converse with really have a hard time understanding this aspect. To me, you either can conceptualize it, or you can't, and if you can, it becomes very scary indeed.

Wow thanks! I totally agree but we shouldn't fear the future as much sometimes.

Totally agree, it's both scary and exciting. We're such a curious species, there is no stopping it! Great job with your writing and post structure btw. I really enjoyed reading it.
