Agression release and sanity

Being a nice peaceful fluffy person has its cost. Because i don’t let myself stress on the outside, sometimes I can get pretty mad because of the negative energy and aggression built up inside, and i start creating problems.
It has affected my relationship, which was quite annoying. I would just create a drama out of nothing!
So i asked my bodywork master how to deal with it and let it go. She said it is done by arm hits (boxing type) or intense stomping, jumping, and also screaming (pillow better than a person).
Also i have noticed big improvement of my mental state after i have joined gym. So if you feel you're losing it - just go and workout, it does wonders. Working out to exhaustion is even better.

Basically- the more mad you've gone, the more intense it has to be:) Because it is all just an energy that has to be used in one way or another. If you don't workout and marinate it, it will make tour thoughts race.

Close your eyes. stop thinking and all your negative thoughts will vanished.

I found this inner dialogue stop possible to do when i am calm. Not in the middle of thunderstorm inside my head:)
