While driving today it came to me...it hit me hard!!!!

For just 4 cents a day, you can help a poor African child get his first bitcoin!

In the spirit of Franklin Roosevelts New deal, but through private philanthropical Free Markket Means, I would like to Introduce my Pledge to donate 1000 of my own Stellers , ST.A.I.P.A.N.D. Steller Anti Poverty African New Deal I will be giving(or holding it for them) 1,000 impoverished Africans 1 Steller in the hopes it will be worth $1000 or beyond one day like bitcoin has done from 2009 to 2011 where it went up one million percent in value, now its up to around 1.8 million percent in value with bitcoin around $1800 dollars per bitcoin

(I was going to make it the African and Asian new deal but thats too many A's and it needs to focus on Africa, and I will make Region Specific Versions of this or just another one for all other developing nations....as people in developing nations dont have as much opportunity especially in Africa, in Asia they have the advantage of a alot more infrastructure and a much more booming economy...we should let Africans ride this wave with us! ...and I dont think they will mind..desperate times cal for desperate measures, and I dont think people will mind showing their living conditions to prove that they are indeed in poverty and eligable for this crypto currency account where we will keep the stelller safe until tthey want it, an make sure they know if they request it, and spend it lets say once it reaches $1, that we wont be able to help them when stelller goes to $100 and they loose out! I cant stop them if they want theyr stelller now, I would like to keep them saved so they can apreciate first...and I can show people how a $40 investment allowed me to chang'e the lives of 1000 people over a short peripd of time to get more people to support this steemit post or donate steem or crypto currency (You candonate right to my steemit account and leave a message in the memo about it being for STAIPAND and i will provide proof that I used that steem or SBD to buy STELLER and can keep the steller in a wallet for this program which can be monitored

I just want to get these people up an running with a crypto currency account in their name but which we can keep safe for them which they can withdrawal using their face when they cant use a smartphone for 2 factor verification etc..I think most of these people can get access to an interet cafe and we can have one tell some other friends of theirs who may also be in poverty and looking for any opportunity to maybe make money in the future! If I had more money to give I would but I feel that each one of these steller (or steem or ripple) wll be worth MUCH more than$1 even more than $100 maybe even closer to $1000 like bitcoin....and then all 1000 of these people I helped will have a thousand dollars each, they can start a business, they can buy a motorcycle taxi and start a taxi company, theyll be able to buy a food stand or something, and instead of asking them to pay me back Ill ask them to pay it forward and take a small chunk like of they make $1000 from 1 steller or ripple or steem then they would be asked to take another promising altcoin and spread a bunch of those out to some more people in need...

pay it forward cycle.... ....we will think of a way to use people on the ground to make sure noone tries to claim all these steller for themselves...we will have people send photos of themselves holding paper with codes written on it, some sort of verification to prove they are in Africa and that they are struggling etc

And I realized, if some of the poor of the world had all just purchased for themselves 1 bitcoin when each bitcoin was worth less than a a tenth of a penny or less....but even today there are only 20 million bitcoins..not enough for the 700 million chronically undernourished people who need the money the most...but the amount of energy we would get from the food being burned would translate into work which would create value in the economy....these 700 million people would probably be twice as productive if they were not undernourished and well fed!

I feel like the productivity we will gain on the planet just from having 700 million people fed and then well rested, imagine how much more efficient they will be if they have a job, it will reflect positively in the economy if we were able to feed these 700 million people who still go to bed hungry every night... chronically undernourished .....and hunger is directly correlated with poverty...we solve poverty, we give people the tool to solve their own hunger...and its not because of a lack of food tat people go hungry intis world in 2017 its because of lack of money to buy the food so lets load t he worlds poor up on cheap crypto currency altcoins ad one day theyll alll have their own crypto savings account that no central banker can take away or inflate and the world bank cant come in and confiscate it! Illuminati power over the money supply ends here. No longer will the worlds poor not participate in the global financial system! These 700 million hungry people could become 700 million future investors or 700 million loyal clients or loyal consumers....if a corporation brought YOU out of poverty, you would stay loyal to it for LIFE! if we help these people get themselves out of poverty, many of them will end up getting rich maybe richer than us! And they will end up paying us back! people have AMAZING potential! never underestimate what one hungry human can accomplish if you give them the tools and believe in them

I chose Steller because I have just purchased 1000 steller for around 4 cents each and I would like to turn this investment into something bigger than myself.....for only around $40 I was able to purchase 1000 of these crypto currency coins that I hope will be as much if not more than bitcoin! I now have the 1000 stellers to give out and I intend to do that but if I could raise more steem and If we just give one steller or one Steem or one ripple directly to 1 thousand different Africans who are poor and struggling we may give them a chance to lift themselves out of poverty. The program will have to include an effort to convince many different vendors in African cities to adopt steller or ripple or at least bitcoin to allow them to make use of this crypto cash! I feel that we may want to hold onto the steller as it matures in value and once it hits at least $100 we can start letting them takke whatever they want but we should really hold on to t so they arent tempted to spent it once steller or ripple hit five dollars! Because what a shame it would be forthem to spend their only crypto currency before it could reach full maturity like bitcoin! if stelller or Ripple or even STEEM for that matter ........I heard Steller (and Ripple) are big in markets were people dont even know about Bitcoin...I heard news that Steller is popular in Africa and developing countries...

I would really like to collect a bunch of obamaphones or just old cheap android phones, load em up with prepaid minutes and data and give them out with cheap solar powered battery charging bricks preloaded with analtcoin and bitcoin wallet with their stelller an ripple ...maybe we can pay for alll that with their steller and ripple and send em a phone with the altcoins we saved for them!

I am setting aside these 1000 steller for this! at 4 cents each or $40 I think they can change lives when they are each worth over $100 each!

If this post doesnt get popular or If I cant find anyone to help find 1000 people who would like me to hold a steller for them, I will simply use the steller, whatever it is worth in te future, to donate to Heiffer to buy some people goats or chickens etc, and to pay to build wells and solar panels etc, hopefully this $40 of steller 1000 steller lumens, will be worth enough for me to really make some real physical change buying farm animals and water purifyers or wells etc in Africa and then Asia, Latin America and the whole deveoping world...we shouldnt have poverty and hunger iin 2017!

And then next stop, homelessness! We CAnend homelessness in america with some sort of AirBNB coin crypto currency like steem but for renting out small micro home villages, or like uber but CAPSULE hotels!

I SWEAR we could solve homelessness with cheap CAPSULE hotels in every downtown of every major city!! ALlow people to buy a small capsule hotel or bunk bed for $five bucks a night and homeless people will find that five dollars every time ...its just that homeless people would rather spend $70 on drugs or alcohol than a motel! We need to bring the price of motels and hotels down! With a decentralized AirBNB that anyone can use where u use a rating system to trust people based on what others have said about them and for new people u do a video face chat to meet etc

Anyway I think my ST.A.I.P.A.N.D. program, if scaled up, could do a world of good!

Its time we give the worlds poor a new deal and count them in on the new crypto currency economy and all of the newfound wealth it is generating for us....we should include all of our fellow humans and not let 700 million of our own kind go hungry wile we worry about going to mars....I know we can solve both of those things at the same time and the tech to bring us to mars wiill help end poverty too but come on, food Hunger its so simple, we should be able to fix this! and i mean THIS year!

UPDATE: While looking at google images for steller, I came across this image and was reminded that the Steller project GIVES AWAY steller lumens to non profits!

Maybe we can get Stellers attention with this idea to directly give Africans stelller wallets (either on cheap android smartphones or paper) and to hold on to one steller for them and give it to them when its appreciated alot in value...I think we can find a simple way, through picture verification, to allow many differnt individuals to all register ownership of one steller lumen....and then ait at least a year or two unless it actually climbs to $100 or $1000 before then, of course then we would wanna give them the steller to spend...and make sure they understand they can break up the steller into many micro stellers
