Craving some venison now. Havent had it in months!
For my dads birthday last month I got him an 'exotic' bouquet of jerky. I tried everything from kangaroo to bison.
It was interesting. I couldn't finish a couple. Texture was too weird.
Interesting. Bison sounds good!
It tasted like beef.
Researching the jerky. I saw I could eat lion meat from their sister company .
