Today i will show you the one of my favorite food.

its not that famous but me and family use to have it very often and its really delicious and healthy.

Name: Andda Aloo.

Ingredients :

  1. Egg 5-6 depends on the quantity to be cooked.
  2. onion 1 ( medium size )
  3. potato 3( medium size )
  4. tomato 2( medium size )
  5. green chili ( 1-2 depending on size and spicy)
  6. black pepper
  7. salt
  8. Cayennes ( not grinded )
  9. olive/ canola oil

Recipe:

Cut onions in to slices and fry with olive / canola oil.

Wait for them to get brown and once they are brown, add sliced potato and fry about 60-90 seconds.

Now add black pepper, red chili, salt and also turmeric if required. stir for about 30 secs more.

after that pour some water ( 500 ml )and tomatoes and cover the lit.

wait for about 10-15 mins for water to get semi dry.

once Potatoes are ready to eat , add eggs and stir till eggs are well cooked.

Donot stir hardly, as it will break the potatoes and it will turn into something else :P

once you see oils coming up and eggs are about to get ready add green chilis and still for more 30 seconds.

Tan Tanaaa, your Andda Aloo is ready.

you can eat with a bread or even with a spoon along with yogurt if you like to add.
