That's incredible! I can't even go four hours without eating. The hunger makes me throw up. Trying to drown the hunger with water doesn't typically work for me, either... it's like a fast track to puking. lol I commend you!
Did you know? Fat isn't actually what makes us fat. Fat is actually a great source of energy and it's what your brain is made of! It's sugars that make us fat, and processed foods. If our body doesn't know what to do with it because it is a foreign material, the body will store it into fat.
What dis? What do? I dunno. Put it away?

I Am more About increasing the movement then fasting. There are a lot of ways to get healthier, and I Am always affraid that fasting and quiting that will bring back the weight in no time
