Addiction and Choice: External "Help"

I DO believe that for a certain psychological disorder, that is quite related to addiction and social order, there IS an "intellectual cure". This cure must be built and passed explicately, and so it is ultimately taken by the individual implicately (I need to check/re-study these words).
Through Bohmian dialogue and self-inquiry. To step outside the "self" and see from the objective perspective.
This can be introduced through an objective frame work, with careful attention to language communication in regard to existing core beliefs.
(...which is really meditation, which refers to the observation of the psychological trap of trying to solving psychologically born problems psychologically.)
The relation to addiction is in regard to a misappropriation of time.
