Leonard Pozner VS Wolfgang Halbig Pre Trial Hearing 8/15/17

Today Judge Briggs ruled that Leonard Pozner must appear for a deposition Nov 15, 2017 and told his representation to "stop playing games" in regards to avoiding confirming a deposition date. Mr Pozner nor his lawyer were present, just a paralegal from their firm. He showed up with a doctors note that said Mr Pozner would be unavailable for the next three months.
