イギリス現地時間の2023年10月13日に、競争・市場庁（CMA）がマイクロソフトによるアクティビジョン・ブリザード買収を承認したことを発表したそうで、これにより総額で687億ドル（現在の為替レートで約10兆2800億円）にも及ぶ世紀の買収案件が正式に成立可能な状態となったらしいのですがこれは凄いニュースだと思うし凄い規模の買収ですし今年最大だと思います。でも私から見たらマイクロソフトは、高く会社を買収してしまったように見えます。

I think this is great news, and I think it's a huge deal, and I think it's the biggest deal of the year. But from my point of view, it looks like Microsoft has acquired a company at a very high price.
