Today was a day of double session, after the week off I took the opportunity to go cross in the afternoon and train volleyball at night, but without jumping yet.
WOD
10 rounds of 5 dead lift from 60 - 120 Kg
100 pull up
100 sit up
100 push up
100 air squat
Today was a great day because the scale told me that I lost another kilo and I'm already at 87!
At night the training was on hard ground and so I preferred not to jump, although I see myself recovered from the last discomfort I had in the knee.
