The Journey to a Thousand Steps
Hello Monday!
Here's to my Journey to a Thousand Steps, take tgat literally.
It is the start of the week. And I am just as energized as never before. I am happy that for the past week. I have been using Actifit and well, for most of the day, I was able to reach my goal of at least 5000 steps.
YIPEE!
I am hoping I will keep on moving for the whole of this week.
