My Actifit Report Card: July 18 2019 晚饭后散步。
自从装了这个Actifit软件之后每天晚上食完饭也会出嚟散散步。
今天广州的天气真热。白天38度，马路可以煮鸡蛋了。现在夜晚稍微好啲但也达到30度。所以唯有夜晚才出来散吓步，好在时不时有一些风吹过，这才没有那么闷热。
今天出了一个新SCOT平台：marlians.com 是由soprts币的最大持有人@surpassinggoogle 前天宣布推出的SCOT平台，代币是MARLIANS，今天这个平台终于推出了。大家在写贴时加入 #marlians和#ulog 标签将会有额外的点赞，可以获得MARLIANS Token，贴子是7天结算。
