My Actifit Report Card: February 4 2020
Big numbers today helped by multiple factors. Firstly, work is crazy busy! You know when you don’t have lunch until 3pm on a Monday that it’s going to be a hectic week. Even when I did finally get a chance to sit down it was only just for long enough to shovel some much needed carbs down my throat.
Secondly a delayed train home meant I had plenty of time to take a stroll up and down the station platform. A good way to get the step count up and stay warm!
