My Actifit Report Card: October 11 2018

뛰는 자세가 좀 어설프다는 생각이 듭니다. 그동안 운동을 안하고 살아서 뛸일이 거의 없었거든요. 심장도 많이 놀랬을 거에요. 갑자기 안하던 일을 주인놈이 막 시키니깐요. 조깅으로 뛰는 거리가 나날이 늘어나는 것 같아서 놀랍습니다.

@promisteem 주3회 운동하기 진행중입니다. 오늘이 4일째네요.
주말엔 자전거로 운동을 해봐야겠어요. 여름엔 깔따구, 하루살이같은 벌레때문에 자전거타기 힘들었는데 최근엔 날도 쌀쌀해졌으니 괜찮겠죠??
