My Actifit Report Card: October 10 2018
날씨가 꽤 쌀쌀해졌나봅니다. 걷기와 뛰기를 반복하는데 땀이 안나네요. 며칠전까지만해도 살짝만 뛰어도 이마에 땀이 앞머리카락을 어지럽게 만들었는데 오늘은 뭔가 다르네요. 피부도 무척 차갑게 느껴졌어요. 불과 며칠만에 밤공기가 차갑게 변했다는 것을 운동하면서 느끼게 되네요. 겨울에 운동할 옷을 준비해야 할 것 같아요.
@promisteem 주3회 운동하기 미션은 오늘 세번째날 운동 인증으로 목표달성했어요. 식단조절만 하면 뱃살 좀 빠질 것 같은데요. 음식조절이 힘드네요. 식욕을 억제하기란... 아..
