【运动笔记】20181204 有氧运动
休息了几天，今天又开始运动了……
今天主要做了几组有氧运动……
1、…………，10次
在斜板支撑的状态下，左手往前伸出一个手掌距离，右脚往前屈膝成弓步状，屈肘，俯身，先收脚，再收手还原，然后换另外一边，动作相同。
2、…………，10次
斜板支撑的状态下，手脚并用的平移，从垫子的左边移到右边，再从右边移到左边，5个来回，即10次。
3、…………，30次
单脚跳起时，抬起的脚大腿与小腿成90度，双手在这个90度内拍手，然后换另一只脚。
4、…………，15次
双腿分立成外八深蹲，跳起，从左边跳到右边，再从右边跳到左边，跳起时双手上举，落下时垂下，注意脚跟先着地，落地时要轻。
上面的动作计划循环做4组，实际做了三组多一点，因为做完第四组的第一个动作时，就感觉耳朵嗡嗡嗡地响……那是累了，所以就没有继续下去了……
