My Actifit Report Card: November 13 2018
BADMINTON for Exercise!
Today I manage to clock in less than 8k steps even though I played Badminton after work. Even when I put my phone in my pocket, it did not captured more than 10k. I guess you just gotta glue the phone to your legs in order to get the full count. 😂
I’m very sure I manage to get more than 10k steps playing badminton, as we played more than 6 sets in total. About 1.5 hours of exercise.
I was wondering if I go swimming, will @actifit able to get the count for us to post it on @actifit.
Nevertheless, the end goal is to be healthy and just do your exercise!
