My Actifit Report Card: October 30 2019
Despite it being a very wet and relatively cold morning I headed out for a quick run before work this morning.
With warm clothes, my headlamp and reflective vest I took of into the dark... Although wet I really enjoyed it. Back home I gag a warm shower and breakfast before I went to work. A semi slow day in the office and two meetings later it was time to go home. Enjoyed an relaxing evening with a movie and my knitting. Tomorrow is a new day.. new opportunities to get out and exercise.
