포켓몬고 덕분에 많이 걷는다. 아침 산책을 나갔다. 한시간 정도 공원을 걸었다. 공원엔 나무가 많아서 공기가 상쾌했다.
오후에는 자동차가 많이 지나다니는 도로변에서 걸었더니 너무 힘들었다.
다리 근육도 좀 아프다. 그래도 멈추지 않고 계속 걷는다. 끝없이.
