My Actifit Report Card: August 20 2019
Ops Destroy That Belly Day 2
Today has been a good day. Better than yesterday. That’s how the trend is going to go.
I can either be better or be at par with the previous day.
There are only 24 more days till the end of the operation.
So, I have to be extra diligent for the rest of those 24 days.
I exercised for 210 minutes today. A little short of 300 minutes I was hoping to put in. By 10PM, I can still put in 90 minutes before the day ends. But my neck is hurting due to injury. I have to rest.
Fitness Boxing continues
In the wee hours of the morning, I Fitness boxed and went live on Instagram. You can only go live for 1 hour. I checked and it stopped by itself.
I boxed for 2 sessions before heading to bed.
Sleep was great as I just needed 4 hours and I was totally awake.
Grocery Shopping and Buying Hot Gun
We shopped for longer than expected and also bought a hot gun for work. I don’t even know what is a hot gun. All I know is that you need sticks of glue to put in the gun that is powered by electricity to heat it up. I haven’t seen it in action.
While walking around, we bought Christmas presents for friends.
That was lovely. But lots of time was not wasted but utilised to spend time with BabyBoo.
There are times when BabyBoo wants to spend time with me. I have to put that as priority, even if I have lots to do.
Jogging at Subang Ria Recreational Park
This was the very first day of jogging at the park. It was very enjoyable with the many jogger and runners that visit. People come here to dance too and there are lotus flowers in the pond that gave BabyBoo much delight.
Neck ache at 10PM
It is 10:20PM. My neck hurts. I am supposed to start work with the apps. But I need to rest for 3 hours max to give it some rest and continue. The neck pain is due to my bag that I was holding running at the park. Not good.
What is Missing and why things didn’t go according to plan
A lot of time was spent waiting for BabyBoo. Even though I could have been working out on the apps, I spent time blogging, tweeting, charging my phone and gadgets.
I have to adjust exercises within wait times in the future.
My schedule was totally thrown off course.
Tomorrow is a new day.
Things will adjust as I optimise time to the activities of the day.
