My First Actifit Report Card: Today (June 6 2019) Ended in Praise and Dance
I am glad to share with you my first Actifit. Today was quite hectic.
It started with some tasking desktop publishing works in the office where I prepared some training materials for Pastors and Youth leaders. The training covers a Strategy Module on Jesus' live.
I printed and collated 30 pieces of the material.
This activity involves a lot of standing and walking postures.
It was followed by a another tiring time at my network provider's office where I had to upgrade my SIM card from 3G to 4G to enhance my internet operations. It involved a lot of up and down movement.
The peak of today's activities was at a local village where I attended a Gospel Crusade we tag: EMANCIPATION HOUR. It is a session of deep worship, warfare prayers and proclamation of God's word. We had to travel some several kilometers to the venue.
This month's edition of the program was tagged "Overflowing Joy". We had an intense moment of praise and dance which I was opportuned to lead.
I was so excited to see very small children dance and celebrate God in an unusual manner.
