Just went walking from one department to another to check their work today. Then during lunch, I went for a walk in the park. That was quite nice to get some fresh air. So I was glad I didn't go to a restaurant for lunch. After work, another hour before another meeting with dinner. So I went shopping. So in the end, I walked around a lot today. No sports exercise.
