A happy end of the week here in Steem land. Hopefully good results will continue for me.
I'm pretty much back to baseline endurance a week past my ultra and looking forward to improving my long runs so that I can do better in my next 24 hour and move closer to the magic 100 miles mark. Nice loop around the town with a couple of moderate climbs but nothing that hard. Tomorrow see if I can add on some more distance and begin to analyze my race and see where there could be improvement.
