And the miles slowly pass by here at the Fat Ox ultra.
Raining and cold last night so I didn't get a good sleep but Mother Nature blessing us with a beautiful mild day to run. Mostly power walking to try to get my pace down to a 4 mph but getting tough as the hours add up. At least I'm keeping up my fueling and drinking.
These old legs of mine Wil be glad when the race is done. A nice cup of cbd tea would be a great help for my aches right now.
Well 12 hours in the books and 50 miles done, 12 hours to go. Going to be a long night.
