Good morning from Mother Nature. Nice to get out early while it's still quiet and peaceful. My run not as effortless as the past couple of days but still have to be happy with the overall trend. Plus was going to hike up beautiful Bear Butte near Sturgis to relax and be in a peaceful place for a couple of hours (it's a very sacred place to several of the tribes in the northern plains) and just let my mind drift away from the normal thoughts for a bit. Hopefully I'll get a post together for that hike later tonight or tomorrow but at least I can post some pictures of this wonderful spot. The tree pictures show the ceremonial offerings of tobacco to the ancestors/spirits on this sacred ground. Everyone have a good run.
