My Actifit Report Card and ulog: March 16 2019
After almost a week with no exercises due to a first week at work and adjusting my routine, I finally managed to get in a 5k chilled run this morning in the park. That was followed by a 10 minute Ab workout once I came home. Then that was it. I was a couch potato watching the Six Nations rugby all afternoon. Tomorrow, I'll be more active with a jog in the morning and football practise/kick around around noon.
