My Actifit Report Card and ulog: March 9 2019
Today was meant to be a rest day, but decided to put in a run as I felt like it at the time, but only managed to get a 20 minute run in as my legs started to feel tired. I have been told to take rest days seriously as if I don't rest then it can cause serious and potentially long term injuries. I have been putting in the runs as I'm about to start work on Monday and I feel I would struggle to find the time to run during the weekdays. Yet, as I settle into work, I will surely get into a routine.
