My Actifit Report Card and ulog: February 28 2019
End of February and above the target. I have ran 170km this year, which is 17% of the overall target of running 1,000k by the end of the year. I think this is very feasible considering I still need to do my first 10k race out of six planned as well as a half marathon.
As for today:
First run was going really well and then ended it at 15 minutes (3.3k) as the pace was slowing down and I wanted to record what a great start I had.
Ran a further 2.7k after a short relaxation on the park bench. Around the park 1.5 times and then up to the house.
The rest of the steps were made by walking to and from the barber shop as well as going into London City centre for an induction for my new graduate training job starting in 11 days time!
