My Actifit Report Card and ulog: January 14 2019 - Charity: @youarehope
First time in a long time! Just managed to do 5k in less than 25 mins outside the gym! I'm very impressed with myself as the park does have incline and decline paths. Now, it's just pushing for my personal best of 22 minutes and 30 seconds and to do further distances too!
