My Actifit Report Card: 10월 18 2018

오랜만에 운동 좀 했습니다! 별거 아닌 운동이었는데 그래도 확실히 카운팅이 확 올랐네요. 격한 운동 하게되면 2만도 넘길수 있겠더군요. 땀을 더 흘렸어야했는데 아쉬웠습니다. 조만간 등산 한번 다녀와야겠어요.
