My poor legs are still shaking 😅(My Actifit Report Card: November 8 2018)

Ending the week with this super hard drill of “Broken intervals”.
And believe me that I’m still feeling tired from this workout that, despite being so hard, I have enjoyed so much.

Today's Running Menu:

  • Starter: 3.6 Km of Warming Up run
  • Main Dish: 6 blocks of 500m + 300m + 200m running at 3'20/km, resting 50" between the 500 and the 300m and 30" between the 300 and 200m
  • Dessert: 1.5 Km of cool down jog on the grass and stretching

It has been very hard but I managed to maintain a good pace in all the intervals.
The 500m intervals have been run in the between 1'47.2" the first and 1'37.3" de last one (3.15"/km), in strictly progression time.
The 300m between 1' and 57,3" the last one.
The 200m between 40" and 37"

Summary:

  • 11.89 Km run in 70’
  • 6 Km of hard quality run
  • Average Heart Frequency: 134 bpm
  • Maximum Heart Frequency: 177 bpm
  • Total time including Stretching: 82’
