My Actifit Report Card: Februar 4 2019

Today I was riding in very cold conditions - a cold wind intensified from hour to hour, but general cycling conditions were quite good. The ice on the bicycle paths is slowly disappearing, because of this I can ride faster and faster. In addition, the rising wind has improved air quality in my area, and this encourages me to more intense exercise. I hope that soon I will be able to beat the record of cycling activity in this season.
