My Actifit Report Card: December 21 2019
So my daily walk with dog was highlighted by the fact it then started the beginning of our rain here. Which is why I got as much walks in before it started because we have some 3 days of it coming on. I had better K days. I got some 19K in my disc day. Which I hoped to throw more this week.
I hoped to push more high K days now that it’s cooler but of course it had to come with rain. After it clears hoping for more 20K plus days. Discin as much as possible until I get a job. Then 25K days are easy.
